Our Team

Glenn Waters is a dad, spouse, and Executive and Agile Coach. Glenn has served in coach roles helping large corporations and government organizations understand the agile mindset. He has worked at many levels and parts of organizations including the C-suite, to teams in software development, HR, marketing, and policy development.

Glenn coaches and trains on leadership skills, Agile mindset and practices, and software development skills. Glenn co-founded Agile Ottawa in 2008.

When not coaching and training he is often found in the kitchen cooking up a storm!
